Mrs. Srisark has been a member of our board of directors and our Chief Executive Officer since our inception, in San Marcos, California. She is also the CEO of our affiliate, Modern Pets Inc., also located in San Marcos, California, and has held that position since its inception in March 2014. Since August 2011, she has been the co-owner and CEO of the Sydnee’s Pet Grooming Salons now owned and operated by our affiliate. From November 2005 to February 2014, Mrs. Srisark was co-owner and Master Groomer at Kim and Mindy’s Paradise Pet Spa, located in Fallbrook, California. On free time Kim like to volunteer at rescue and do variety of out door activities like yoga and hiking. She also have a Bachelor degree in Nutrition.

Mr. Srisark has been a member of our board of directors and our Chief Executive Officer since our inception, in San Marcos, California. He is also the CEO and Vice President of Operations of our affiliate, Modern Pets Inc., also located in San Marcos, California, and has held that position since its inception in March 2014. Since August 2011, he has been the co-owner and CFO of the Sydnee’s Pet Grooming Salons now owned and operated by our affiliate. From August 2011 to January 2013, Mr. Srisark worked in Temecula, California, as a consultant at Garmon Corporation, a manufacturer of natural supplements for pets. From January 2010 to November 2011, he held the position of Interactive Director at BeachBody LLC, in Santa Monica, California. He was also Interactive Director at Sony Pictures in Santa Monica, California, from January 2009 to January 2010. Mr. Srisark is the spouse of our CEO, Kimberly Srisark. On his free time Nat likes to practice Muay Thai and other combat sport, Nat also has a Master degree in New Media Marketing.
